We are seeking a
Marketing
Content and Design Manager with a strong focus on Content Design and Visual Storytelling
to help shape how StrategyBRIX communicates externally. This is a
remote role based in India , working closely with senior leadership, consultants, and subject-matter experts across fintech, banking, and crypto.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
transforming complex, technical information into clear, polished, and public-facing content,
and who takes pride in strong visual design, consistent branding, and thoughtful storytelling.
The Role
As Content and Design Manager, you will be responsible for
defining and executing StrategyBRIX’s content and campaign strategy end-to-end . You will ensure that complex compliance and fintech topics are translated into
clear, compelling, and visually polished content
that supports both brand credibility and commercial objectives.
You will manage content creation across multiple formats, manage internal and external contributors, and ensure that every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Strategy
Develop and execute marketing campaign strategies aligned to StrategyBRIX’s objectives, including
brand awareness, thought leadership, and pipeline support
Map out the content strategy for each campaign, ensuring delivery of
high-quality content across multiple formats
(written, visual, video, and social)
Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging requirements
Content Creation & Oversight
Oversee the creation of campaign and content assets
Ensure content is
visually polished, engaging, and consistently on-brand
Translate complex regulatory, compliance, and financial crime topics into
clear, external-facing narratives and visuals
Review and approve content to maintain high quality standards, accuracy, and alignment with StrategyBRIX’s values and positioning
Build strong working relationships with internal subject-matter experts to generate content ideas
Act as a bridge between technical experts and external audiences
Brand & Voice Ownership
Shape, document, and maintain StrategyBRIX’s brand voice to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content
Put processes in place to maintain brand consistency, factual accuracy, and editorial quality at scale
Performance & Optimization (Good to have)
Track, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance against KPIs
Use performance insights to optimize content strategy, formats, and distribution continuously
Ensure campaigns are data-driven while maintaining strong creative and editorial standards
What We’re Looking For
Required
7+ years of experience in
B2B content, campaign, or marketing management , ideally within technology or professional services
Proven experience developing and executing multi-format content and campaign strategies
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing contributors or external partners
Excellent writing, editing, and content review skills, with a strong eye for detail and consistency
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Ability to work cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution (“roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset)
Strong proficiency in
Canva
(or similar design tools)
Nice to Have
Experience in
financial services, fintech, compliance, AML, or financial crime
Exposure to podcasting, video, or multimedia content production
Experience in implementing and managing performance metrics to measure campaign success
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field
Strong proficiency in
Canva
(or similar design tools)
Excellent visual and design sense—clean, modern, professional, and consistent
Ability to simplify and visually communicate complex information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Collaborative mindset with a strong willingness to learn and iterate
