Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
with a background in
EPC or industrial project environments
to manage client engagement across the full project lifecycle — from
initial inquiry and proposal development to project execution and post-commissioning support
.
The role involves working closely with
engineering, procurement, and project execution teams
while serving as the key interface with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing
industrial clients, coordinating technical proposals, and supporting EPC project delivery
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the
primary interface between clients and internal EPC teams
including engineering, procurement, and project management.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with
industrial clients, project owners, and consultants
.
Ensure clear communication between clients and internal project teams.
2. Project Inquiry & Proposal Management
Manage
project inquiries, RFQs, and proposal coordination
in collaboration with engineering and commercial teams.
Support preparation of
technical proposals, commercial bids, and tender documentation
.
Participate in
client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions
.
3. Project Coordination & Client Communication
Track project milestones and coordinate with
project managers and execution teams
to ensure timely delivery.
Provide regular
project updates and progress reports to clients
.
Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated across internal teams.
4. Contract & Commercial Support
Assist in
contract finalization, commercial negotiations, and change order management
.
Monitor project scope and ensure alignment between
client expectations and project execution
.
5. Business Development Support
Identify opportunities for
repeat business, project expansions, and additional EPC services
.
Support the business development team in
tender participation, pre-bid meetings, and client presentations
.
Maintain client records and pipeline updates within the
CRM system
.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering or Business Administration
(MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in EPC, industrial projects, or process equipment industries
.
Strong understanding of the
EPC project lifecycle (Engineering → Procurement → Construction → Commissioning)
.
Experience working with
industrial clients, project owners, or consultants
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
