About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Intern

who’s eager to learn and contribute across various HR functions, especially

recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations . This is a hands-on learning opportunity to understand how HR supports people in a purpose-driven mental health organisation.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (new hires, changes, exits, etc.) Support onboarding of new hires: preparing documentation, orientation scheduling, and liaising with other departments for a smooth joining Assist in employee engagement and internal HR initiatives/events Handle basic employee queries Help with administrative HR work Stay updated with labour laws / basic HR compliance practices relevant for India (or local region) and assist in compliance tasks as needed. Any other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Skills & Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Master's in Business Administration Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn and assist across multiple HR domains Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus Professional work ethic, willingness to handle confidential information with discretion
