Role Description

We are setting up an in-house Telecalling & Customer Engagement Center and are looking for confident, well-spoken, and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with existing and potential customers to provide order updates, share ongoing offers, and introduce Oasis Spaces’ premium product range. You will build and nurture customer relationships, provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and appropriately present the company’s products and services. Consistently achieving sales targets and maintaining detailed records of interactions will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities. - Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey product benefits effectively. - Experience in Customer Service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and a strong knowledge of Sales strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to team dynamics while maintaining a customer-focused approach. - Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream) - Good communication skills in Hindi & English - Confident, persuasive, and polite telephone manner - Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling is an advantage - Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or inside sales experience is a plus - Previous experience in the building materials or allied industries is an advantage.
