Senior VibeCoder (Freelance)

who has already built systems like the one we need — not just features, but

complete internal platforms . This is not a typical developer role. We want someone who can

Architect the

entire system from scratch Translate business workflows into

scalable software Build and deploy

production-grade web applications Own everything from: Data models Backend logic Frontend usability Cloud deployment Debug, fix, and optimize complex issues across the stack Design and implement

robust testing strategies

(unit, integration, system-level) Ensure high reliability, performance, and maintainability Integrate automation and AI where useful What We’re Looking For

✅

10+ years of software engineering experience ✅ Proven experience building a

CRM or similar internal system (ERP, ATS, workflow platform, etc.) ✅ Strong

end-to-end ownership mindset ✅ Experience deploying

enterprise web applications in the cloud ✅ Hands-on experience with

Cursor or AI-assisted development tools ✅ Strong debugging mindset — able to

identify root causes, fix issues fast, and ensure stability ✅ Experience with

testing frameworks and quality assurance practices ✅ Ability to convert messy business processes into

structured systems Bonus Points

Experience building

multi-module platforms (CRM + ATS + Operations) Experience with
