Continental Hospital is a JCI and NABH accredited facility offering multi-specialty, tertiary, and quaternary care services operational at Hyderabad and Jagadalpur.

IVF Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced IVF Operations Manager exclusively from a leading / top fertility center, with strong understanding of IVF processes and hands-on capability to manage end-to-end IVF operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the IVF center including OP, IP, lab coordination, OT scheduling, and patient flow. - Ensure seamless coordination between fertility consultants, embryologists, nursing, counselors, and front-office teams. - Oversee patient journey, counseling coordination, service quality, and overall patient experience. - Ensure adherence to ART guidelines, NABH standards, and internal SOPs. - Monitor productivity, utilization, and operational KPIs; support billing and package management. - Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams with a patient-centric approach.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience only from top / reputed fertility or IVF centers. - Proven hands-on exposure to end-to-end IVF center operations. - Strong understanding of IVF workflows, protocols, and patient management processes.
