What This Role Is About: The role involves communicating with airlines through emails and phone calls, handling day-to-day coordination and queries, and working on Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for related tasks.

As part of the GD+ APNA (Automated PNR Notification Aggregator) team, you will work closely with airline systems and travel technology platforms to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient reservation support. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment while supporting US-based clients.

This position is ideal for professionals looking to grow in travel operations, airline systems, and travel technology within a fast-paced, global ITES environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: • Knowledge of GDS Sabre, Amadeus is must for experienced • Knowledge of Airlines and Airline Fares • Negotiation Skill • Willing to work on rotational shifts /24*7 Scenario

What We’re Looking For: • IATA certification and knowledge of world geography • Knowledge of MS Excel. • Should have excellent written and verbal Communication skills • Should understand PNR. • Strong attention to detail. • Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry can apply too
