Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned
Training Operations Manager
to strengthen our Learning & Development function. This individual will manage the end-to-end execution of training programs across the organisation and support the build-out of a modern, AI-enabled learning ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, excellent communication skills,
AI acumen , and the ability to partner with business and technical teams. They should be comfortable driving innovation in L&D, managing stakeholders, coordinating with external partners, and preparing high-quality executive presentations for C-Suite leaders.
This role requires someone who can operate independently, anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and elevate the overall quality of our L&D delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Operations & Program Management
Own the full lifecycle of training programs โ planning, scheduling, delivery, assessments, and closure.
Manage cohort operations, learning pathways, enrolments, attendance, and certification tracking.
Coordinate logistics for virtual, classroom, blended, and private-cohort programs.
Ensure smooth learner experience across LMS, portals, and communication channels.
2. Vendor & Partner Management
Manage external training partners, universities, and content providers.
Oversee contracting, delivery alignment, SLAs, and escalation management.
Coordinate budgeting, invoice processing, and timely payments.
3. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, HR, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Understand capability needs and translate them into actionable training plans.
Prepare and present program updates, metrics, and dashboards to senior leadership.
Craft high-quality presentations, reports, and executive summaries for C-Suite stakeholders.
4. Learning Lifecycle & Content Coordination
Support content curation and instructional readiness with SMEs.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled learning tools, agents, assessments, and analytics.
Coordinate pre-work, post-work, group assignments, and feedback cycles.
Maintain records, reports, dashboards, and continuous improvement insights.
5. Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Create and refine SOPs for L&D operations.
Identify opportunities to innovate using
AI, automation, and advanced learning technologies .
Improve efficiency, learner engagement, and program effectiveness across the board.
Introduce new methods for scalable, high-quality training delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
6โ10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Operations, HRD, or similar fields.
Experience working in a technology, SaaS, or consulting organization preferred.
Strong operational and project management skills.
Ability to design C-Suiteโready presentations using PowerPoint and MS Suite tools.
Good understanding of AI concepts and willingness to apply AI in L&D workflows.
Experience with LMS platforms, learning tools, and program analytics.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capability.
