Program Manager- Renewable Energy Due Diligence Program

We're Hiring: Program Manager – Renewable Energy Due Diligence Program Location: Flexible (Hybrid with national/international travel) Industry: Renewable Energy Type: Full-Time | Senior Level (5+ years)

About the Role Are you ready to lead the charge in clean energy innovation? We're looking for a strategic and driven Program Manager to lead our Renewable Energy Due Diligence Program, focused on solar and BESS manufacturers, products, and facilities. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the program’s vision, drive new service development, and ensure excellence across technical, financial, ESG, and bankability dimensions. You’ll lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle and collaborate with global teams to deliver top-tier services.

What You’ll Do Define program strategy, KPIs, and governance Lead cross-functional teams to deliver assessments and advisory services Drive program growth and continuous improvement Oversee NPI cycles and go-to-market strategies Provide technical guidance and support to clients and sales teams Conduct market analysis and support marketing initiatives Ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate risks

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Renewable Energy (Master’s preferred) 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years in program/product/supply chain/due diligence roles Strong knowledge of renewable energy assessments across technical, financial, legal, and ESG domains Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Lean are a plus Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills Fluent in English (Mandarin or other languages a plus) Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and under pressure
