We are seeking an experienced

Human Resources Specialist

based in

India

to provide high-quality

remote HR support to our UK operations . This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who understands

The Role Working remotely and closely with our UK leadership and people teams, you will provide end-to-end HR support, ensuring compliance, consistency and best practice across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day HR support to UK-based teams Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation Assisting with employee relations matters in line with UK employment law Maintaining accurate HR records and systems Supporting performance management, policies and HR processes Acting as a trusted point of contact for HR queries

About You Proven experience in a Human Resources role Strong understanding of

UK employment law and HR practices Excellent written and spoken English Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working remotely with UK time zone overlap Professional, discreet and people-focused
