to support residential and commercial building projects. The organization works across design development, technical coordination, and project execution stages.

Role Overview The Senior Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting project delivery from concept through completion. The role includes managing timelines, supervising assigned team members, and ensuring alignment with approved drawings and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities • Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings • Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, and documentation sets • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams • Monitor project timelines and task schedules • Support site execution to ensure alignment with approved documentation • Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues • Guide junior team members on assigned tasks • Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and standards

Qualifications & Skills • Bachelors degree in Architecture • 4–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and coordination • Experience working on residential and/or commercial building projects • Understanding of project scheduling and documentation workflows • Familiarity with architectural design software tools • Awareness of sustainable design approaches is an advantage • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills

Work Schedule: Location : Palavakkam, Chennai Working Days : Monday to Saturday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
