Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage B2B sales team Drive sales of engine oil & grease products Develop dealers, distributors & institutional clients Achieve sales targets and expand market presence Support negotiations and key customer handling

Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Team Leader Experience in engine oil/grease B2B sales Strong leadership & team-handling skills Good market & channel knowledge
