Hiring: Project Director – Construction | Mumbai (Powai)

We are looking for a seasoned Project Director to lead large-scale commercial building projects in Mumbai (JVLR – Powai).

This is a high-impact leadership role with complete responsibility for project delivery — from planning & mobilization to execution, commissioning, and final handover.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 18+ years in commercial building construction ✔️ Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end ✔️ Strong expertise in budgeting, contracts, risk & stakeholder management ✔️ Leadership experience managing senior project & site teams ✔️ B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall leadership & delivery accountability • Project planning, scheduling & execution control • Cost monitoring & contract oversight • Coordination with clients, consultants, PMC & contractors • Ensuring safety, quality & statutory compliance • Driving milestones, resolving bottlenecks & ensuring timely completion

Location: Mumbai – Powai (JVLR Road)

This role is ideal for leaders currently working with reputed Developers / Tier-1 Contractors / A-Class PMC firms handling high-value commercial projects.
