Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma, with clear documentation and annotations for development.
Work within existing design systems and component libraries; propose enhancements or new components when required, with clear rationale.
Provide design support for optimization and experimentation initiatives by producing variant-ready UI designs that can be built and QA’d efficiently.
Collaborate with CMS authors/developers to ensure designs are feasible, reusable, responsive, accessible, and delivered as intended.
Participate in design reviews with stakeholders; manage feedback cycles to maintain clarity, consistency, and speed of delivery.
Ensure UX quality across responsive breakpoints and browsers; drive consistency in layout, hierarchy, CTA patterns, and content presentation.
