Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, compile, and present quarterly valuation reporting for real estate investments, in
line with internal policies and valuation governance frameworks.
Review valuation outputs for completeness, reasonableness, and consistency, and investigate
quarter‑over‑quarter movements and variances.
Prepare, review, and enhance management dashboards and performance packages, including
materials for senior leadership and governance committees.
Develop, maintain, and enhance centralized databases containing real estate asset‑level
attributes, performance data, transaction activity, and pipeline information.
Support quarterly and ad‑hoc investor reporting processes, ensuring valuation and performance
data is accurately reflected across all deliverables.
Track investment activity and perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation across
internal and third‑party systems.
Reconcile valuation and performance datasets between multiple sources to ensure consistency,
accuracy, and audit readiness.
Assist with forecasting and reporting of management fees, incentive fees, assets under
management, and related economic metrics across multiple investment vehicles.
Apply a strong understanding of distribution waterfalls and cash flow allocation mechanics to
support reporting and analysis.
Calculate, analyze, and report key performance metrics, including, TWRs, IRR and other
portfolio‑ and asset‑level indicators.
Support special projects and ad‑hoc analytical initiatives driven by stakeholder and business
needs.
Work across multiple financial, valuation, and performance management platforms to improve
data quality, reporting efficiency, and scalability.
Maintain a strong focus on compliance, internal controls, and risk management, ensuring
alignment with institutional policies and regulatory expectations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Master’s degree in finance, Banking, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
Strong quantitative and analytical skill set, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications.
Prior experience in valuation reporting or a similar analytical role preferred; CFA designation a
plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with limited
supervision.
High attention to detail, strong data validation discipline, and a rigorous problem‑solving
mindset.
