ITSM Certification Mandatory Job Summary We are looking for an experienced

ServiceNow Developer

with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the

ServiceNow

platform. The candidate should have strong expertise in

IT Service Management (ITSM)

modules and ServiceNow development. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform Implement and support

ITSM modules

such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management Create and maintain

Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions Develop

Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer automations Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using

REST/SOAP APIs Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and defects Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Required Skills 4–6 years of experience in

ServiceNow Development Strong experience in

ITSM modules Hands-on experience with

JavaScript

and ServiceNow scripting Experience with

Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflow Knowledge of

REST/SOAP integrations Good understanding of

ServiceNow platform architecture Certification ServiceNow ITSM Certification – Mandatory
