Work Timings – 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Work from the office)
Working Hours: 40 hours / Week (Mon – Fri)
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements
Regularly interacting with the Account Manager in the US to understand the requirements.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with the quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be willing to work in night shifts
Must have Sound knowledge of IT and Technical concepts
Qualified candidates should have an understanding of the US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions).
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Must have experience working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
Must have good rate/ salary negotiation & closing skills.
