What You'll Work On Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js + Express.js Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, write migrations, and manage queries Implement background jobs, scheduled tasks, and event-driven workflows Work with Redis for caching and session management Integrate AI/LLM features (OpenAI API, vector search with Qdrant, RAG pipelines) Support real-time features via WebSockets Write validation, middleware, and RBAC-based access control logic Handle file uploads, PDF parsing, and document processing Work across a monorepo with shared packages and Dockerized environments

What We're Looking For Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (queries, joins, migrations, indexing) Familiarity with REST API design principles and authentication (JWT, sessions) Basic understanding of Docker, Git, and CI workflows Exposure to Redis, caching patterns, or background job systems is a plus Curiosity about AI integrations (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) Ability to debug, trace issues, and write clean, maintainable code Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
