Proven experience with Nexthink Experience with Nexthink integrations particularly with Service Now Knowledge of Nexthink APIs and connectors Strong skills in NQL queries Nexthink Query Language dashboards remote actions alerts and diagnostics Monitoring DEX Scores creating recommendations for improvement Understanding of the Nexthink data model Proficiency in queries and database logic Intermediate to advanced PowerShell scripting skills MS SQL query writing analysis Knowledge of PC infrastructure Windows OS AD network etc. Strong understanding of OS and application integration working Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Candidate should have knowledge on what is Nexthink and its use Should have knowledge on difference between On-Prem and SaaS version Create analytical report and provide recommended action plan Understand customer requirement and implement the Nexthink solutions Creating metrics categories and dashboard based on the requirement Should have experience on creating custom dashboards in portal Enabling the campaigns based on the customer requirement Basic programming knowledge on nql Should have knowledge on AD AAD environment Have good communication and vendor management skills to interact with business Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow
