Junior Architect

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The Junior Architect will assist in the development of architectural designs, preparation of drawings, coordination with consultants, and support project execution under the guidance of senior architects. Key Responsibilities Assist in conceptual design, schematic design, and detailed design development Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentations Work on drafting using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. Support in preparing BOQs, specifications, and documentation Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants Conduct site visits and assist in site supervision Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations Assist in client presentations and meetings Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply) Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials Understanding of architectural standards and regulations Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator preferred Strong design sensibility and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Time management and multitasking ability Preferred Skills Internship experience in an architectural firm Knowledge of sustainable design principles Familiarity with local authority approval processes Work Environment Office-based with occasional site visits Collaborative team environment Opportunity for professional growth and mentorship Job Type:
