About Orios Venture Partners
Orios Venture Partners is an Indian Early-Stage Venture Capital firm. Currently investing from our fourth fund, with a focus on tech investments across consumer, B2B, software and hardware for the Indian market. We are 3 partners who lead investments.
Some of our well-known investments are Pharmeasy, Country Delight, Battery Smart, Zupee, Werize, NowPurcahse, WickedGud and Varaha NXT wave, Ixigo, Car Dekho and others.
The fund’s founding team are experienced investors since 2008, and pre Orios investments include OlaCabs, Druva, Faballey, Box8, Unbxd and Jigsee

Our strategy is invest in selected companies and work closely with them. As a consequence, each investment lead works with no more than 4 to 6 companies at a time.
Senior Manager – Finance / Fund Operations (AIF)
We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to manage end-to-end fund operations and financial oversight within a regulated AIF environment.
The Role
Manage
end-to-end fund operations
including accounting, compliances, audits, valuations, and reporting
Lead
finalization of accounts
across multiple structures and ensure audit readiness
Drive
budgeting, MIS, and financial performance tracking
Oversee
cash flows, working capital, and banking operations
including distributions, waterfalls, NAV & IRR workings
Ensure compliance with
PPM, SEBI, tax, and regulatory requirements
Ensure full compliance with Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA/RBI regulations, AIF and SEBI guidelines
Own
taxation matters
(Income Tax, GST, structuring, planning) in coordination with advisors
Collaborate with
fund administrators, auditors, tax consultants, valuers, and legal/regulatory partners
Support
investor reporting
and address operational queries
Work closely with
portfolio companies’ finance teams
for diligence, reporting, and advisory
Strengthen internal controls, reporting systems, and overall finance processes
Requirements
CA with 7–12 years
of experience (with
prior AIF / fund operations experience – Category I/II mandatory )
Strong hands-on experience in
fund accounting, NAV, compliance, and reporting
Solid understanding of
tax and regulatory frameworks (SEBI AIF, FEMA, Companies Act)
Proven ability to
manage complexity, build processes, and operate independently
Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and proactive mindset
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in lean teams
