Graphic Designer

I am looking for a Graphic Designer for a Chicago-based client in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities: Ø Design collateral pieces: brochures, branding books, print and digital ads, direct mail (e.g., postcards, foldovers), social media posts, custom signs, invites, and other design projects. Ø Work with the internal team to receive projects and complete on time, communicating project updates and needs Ø Proofread content and occasionally write copy Ø Review proofs prior to sending to the internal team for edits/project approval Ø Create logos and brand identities and translate into branded assets as needed Ø Keep tasks updated in the system, and follow best practices to maintain a functional workspace Ø Assist with other design or print needs as assigned

Qualifications: Ø Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design is required Ø Must have extensive experience in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable) Ø Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (non-negotiable) Ø Must be proficient in using an Apple/Mac computer (non-negotiable. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU USE APPLE PRODUCTS) Ø Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be deadline-oriented Ø Willing to work full-time from 9am to 5pm US Central time (non-negotiable) Ø Bonus: with portfolio showcasing previous work using Adobe InDesign
