We are specifically looking for
candidates with prior experience in Consulting, Big 4 firms, or Global System Integrators (GSIs).
Candidates without consulting or transformation delivery experience will not be considered.
Immediate Requirement
This is an urgent hiring requirement. Candidates available to join within 30 days or less will be strongly preferred.
Role Overview:
We are hiring Digital Transformation Consultants with 2–6 years of experience across Finance or Supply Chain domains.
This role involves working on enterprise transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, ERP transformation, automation, and data-driven performance improvement.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong functional expertise in at least one domain and the ability to contribute independently to analysis, stakeholder discussions, and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to transformation engagements across Finance or Supply Chain value streams
Perform structured process assessments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Analyze operational and financial data to generate actionable insights
Document current-state and design future-state processes
Support ERP transformation programs (SAP / Oracle / S4HANA / similar platforms)
Contribute to automation initiatives including workflow tools, RPA, analytics, and process mining
Define KPIs and support performance tracking through dashboards
Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution discussions
Support implementation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization
Required Skills
2–6 years of experience in Consulting, Digital Transformation, Finance Operations, or Supply Chain Operations
Prior experience working in consulting environments (Big 4 / GSI preferred)
Strong functional expertise in at least one domain (O2C / P2P / R2R / Supply Chain)
Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (SAP SD / MM / FICO / PP / IBP / Oracle / similar)
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel required
Exposure to BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) or SQL is an advantage
Understanding of automation, workflow tools, or process mining platforms is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance / Operations) / B.Com / Engineering
Experience in transformation engagements or large-scale programs
Understanding of governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks
