Creative Graphics Associate (Internship)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design Intern role based in New Delhi. You won't just be "assisting" you'll be building high-converting creatives for social media, designing ad visuals and landing page graphics, contributing to brand identity systems, and experimenting with AI design tools daily. You'll work directly with the founding team on early-stage product and UI visuals. This is a high-speed, high-ownership environment where top performers move into full-time roles in design, AI creative strategy, or product.

Qualifications Strong fundamentals in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma Clean typography and layout instincts with sharp attention to detail Fast execution and the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly Curiosity about AI, automation, and the startup ecosystem Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual hierarchy Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field A portfolio showcasing your 3 strongest works is required
