We are looking for a proactive Sales Marketing Executive with prior marketing or lead-generation experience to support our sales growth. The role focuses on identifying potential customers, engaging leads, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and outbound outreach
Engage with prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Qualify leads based on business needs and readiness
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos
Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, promotions, and events
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in CRM
Track lead conversion and share regular performance updates
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Sales Development / Inside Sales / Marketing / Lead Generation
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, campaigns, or customer outreach
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
Target-driven mindset with strong ownership
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B or service-based sales
Exposure to LinkedIn lead generation or email marketing
Immediate joiners preferred
