Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cataloguing Executive with hands-on experience in managing product listings across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketplace guidelines, catalog optimisation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely listings.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Create, manage, and update product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.)

Ensure accurate product details including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes

Coordinate with design, inventory, and supply chain teams for catalog readiness

Optimize listings for better visibility and conversion (keywords, content, compliance)

Handle catalogue audits, error resolutions, and platform-specific issues

Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and guidelines

Track listing performance and suggest improvements

Maintain catalog hygiene and data accuracy at all times

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 1 year of exclusive marketplace experience in cataloguing

Hands-on experience with major marketplaces

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Basic understanding of SEO/keyword optimisation for marketplaces

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
