Specialist Training and Consulting - EA PLC Development

Your job:

Provide Online Training Sessions for the Festo AX Controls Platform to internal and external users Generate online Training Content and How-To Clips Create a comprehensive set of training materials and regular updates on new feature releases Close collaboration with the development, product management, sales departments, as well as with our subsidiaries and customers worldwide Consult own Application Specialists and Customers with individual sessions on specific topics Give Feedback to Development to improve the usability of the Software Tooling

Your qualification:

Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a comparable qualification 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar technical environment, e.g., commissioning of automation systems, technical service, etc., with a focus on controls Sound knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., CODESYS V3 – STL, CFC…) in machinery (assembly, packaging or comparable) Working experience in teaching or training, setting-up curricula or similar in university or industry is ideal with the ability to present in front of a group online and manage participants Knowledge of programming languages Python and C# is an advantage Knowledge of fieldbus systems (mainly EtherCAT), data interfaces like OPC UA, experience with HMI visualization software is desirable Proven problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, strong didactic and communication skills, social competence, enthusiasm, and high self-motivation when solving technical tasks is preferred
