Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Procurement / Purchase Manager

to join our West Delhi office. The candidate will oversee end-to-end sourcing, vendor coordination, and supply chain operations, particularly for government institutional business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely procurement, cost optimization, and smooth execution of institutional supply orders.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical and medical device products Coordinate with principal companies and vendors for pricing, availability, and dispatch schedules Handle purchase orders, rate contracts, and tender-linked procurement processes Ensure compliance with government tender terms and institutional supply norms Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory planning Coordinate with logistics partners for timely Pan-India dispatch and delivery Work closely with the accounts team for reconciliation, billing, and payment follow-ups Ensure documentation accuracy for audits and regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in procurement and sourcing Strong contract management skills Experience in inventory planning and supply chain coordination Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, principals, logistics, and accounts teams Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device distribution is preferred Experience handling government tenders or Defence supply is an added advantage
