Position Summary This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in technical and niche hiring through diverse sourcing strategies and data-driven metrics. By partnering closely with stakeholders, the position ensures a high-quality talent pipeline while maintaining strict turnaround times and competitive offer negotiations. Beyond sourcing, the role prioritizes employer branding and a seamless candidate experience, utilizing recruitment MIS to track efficiency and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Core Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer rollout. Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and define job specifications. Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates. Technical Hiring Hire for niche technical roles. Assess candidate suitability based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interview rounds and feedback with panel members. Maintain TAT Sourcing Strategy Use multiple sourcing channels – job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor partners, and social media. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles. Drive employee referral programs. Stakeholder Management Work closely with hiring managers to understand business priorities. Provide daily/ weekly updates on hiring status, challenges, and market insights. Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and closure. Candidate Experience Ensure smooth interview scheduling and timely communication. Maintain strong follow-ups to reduce offer drop-offs. Provide a positive and professional candidate journey. Recruitment MIS & Metrics Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS/HRMS data. Monitor metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio. Share hiring dashboards with leadership. Employer Branding Support initiatives to strengthen employer brand presence. Participate in campus drives, job fairs, and industry networking events.

Education Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

Technical Skills and Experience Software Proficiency: Microsoft Outlook Teams Monday.com Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint Preferred Skills: Prior experience supporting senior management or handling executive-level scheduling and communication will be an advantage. Professional, discreet, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.

Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources field.

Psychosocial Skills /Human Skills/Behavioural Skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Management experience a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ideas and run with them from concept to conclusion. Technical understanding of clean energy business processes Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills in English. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams. Ability to handle communication and scheduling across multiple time zones. High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive, dependable, and execution-driven approach to work Excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
