Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Haempath Diagnostics, located in Ahmedabad. The Medical Receptionist will manage appointment scheduling, handle incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and assist in front-desk receptionist duties. The role involves maintaining organized patient records, coordinating with medical office teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining patient records - Strong Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills - Experience with Receptionist Duties and front-desk operations - Familiarity with Medical Terminology for effective coordination with the medical team - Experience in working efficiently within a Medical Office setting - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office management is a plus
