Skills & Experience Required
3–8 years of experience in talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Experience hiring across technical or business roles
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
Data-driven approach to hiring decisions
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
