We are hiring for

Vice President – Transformation (Investment Banking)

based in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities Lead complex

front-to-back office transformation programs

independently, driving regulatory and strategic change initiatives Own

end-to-end project delivery

from business case development to successful outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with

senior stakeholders

across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology Drive governance including

SteerCo meetings , executive reporting, RAID management, and decision facilitation Analyze current

end-to-end business processes and system flows , producing clear and concise documentation Partner with technology teams to define and document

target-state architectures and process flows Identify opportunities for

process optimization, STP improvements, and platform modernization Ensure standardization of

project and change management practices

aligned with organizational goals Prepare

weekly and monthly project status reports , highlighting risks, dependencies, trends, and mitigation plans Mentor and coach junior project managers and contribute to building overall transformation capability

Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience

in Investment Banking transformation, consulting, or large-scale change programs Strong understanding of

Capital Markets , including

Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives Hands-on experience managing

end-to-end trade lifecycle initiatives

(execution to settlement) Proven experience delivering

front-to-back office transformation programs Exposure to

trade processing platforms

such as Broadridge, Summit, or Kondor+ Market data experience with

Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or ICE Experience with

STP initiatives , regulatory change, and/or platform modernization Strong governance, stakeholder management, and vendor management experience Ability to operate in both

Agile and Waterfall

delivery models (JIRA exposure preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Proficiency in

MS Office ;

PowerBI / Alteryx

exposure is a plus
