Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Leasing to drive leasing strategy and maximize occupancy across commercial and retail assets. The role will be responsible for tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, revenue optimization, and relationship management with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. - Identify prospective tenants for commercial/retail properties. - Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and documentation. - Build strong relationships with brokers, IPCs, and corporate clients. - Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis. - Prepare leasing MIS, forecasts, and business reports. - Coordinate with legal, finance, and property teams for deal closure. - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms. - Support branding and marketing initiatives for property visibility. - Lead and mentor the leasing team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial leasing/ Real Estate Leasing. - Proven track record of closing large leasing deals. - Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and market understanding. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Background

- Experience with reputed real estate developers. - Exposure to mall and commercial office leasing. - Prior team handling experience.
