About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Executive who will be responsible for improving conversions and scaling revenue through data-driven experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales. You will not just run campaigns. You will own the full growth funnel, from registrations to final conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquisition
Plan and execute paid and organic acquisition campaigns across
Meta, Google, WhatsApp, SEO , and other relevant channels
Improve
registration quality
and optimise
Cost per Acquisition (CAC)
Work closely with the sales team to align on
lead intent, follow-ups, and quality feedback.
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
Build, monitor, and analyse funnels using
business analytics tools
Identify friction points and conversion leaks through cohort and funnel analysis
Drive continuous optimisation of landing pages, CTAs, forms, and booking flows
3.App Marketing & Measurement
Hands-on experience with
Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
such as:
AppsFlyer
Adjust
Branch
Attribution setup, validation & troubleshooting
In-app event mapping (install โ registration โ booking/payment)
Cohort analysis, retention & LTV tracking
4. Experimentation & Growth Hacking
Run rapid A/B tests on:
Ad creatives and hooks
Landing page wireframes and content planning
WhatsApp retargeting using offers and urgency triggers
Launch new experiments every week and
scale high-performing initiatives
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track key growth metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Work with product and tech teams to plan and implement analytics
tracking event s for accurate funnel and conversion analysis.
Build and maintain dashboards using Google Sheets, business analytics tools, and CRM data
Identify whatโs working versus whatโs wasting budget
Share weekly insights, learnings, and recommendations with leadership
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Design teams
for creatives and visual assets
Tech/Product teams
for website and app funnel improvements
Sales teams
for lead feedback and closure insights
Key Metrics You Will Own
Cost per Acquisition (CPL and CAC)
Revenue contribution from growth channels
Funnel drop-off reduction and conversion improvement
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
3 years of experience
in growth marketing
Strong understanding of
funnels and conversion optimisation
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads and Google Ads
Data-driven mindset with strong skills in
Excel/Google Sheets, and analytical tools
Good-to-Have
Experience with
service businesses, marketplaces, or D2C brands
Familiarity with
A/B testing tools and CRM systems
Strong copy sense for
ads, landing pages, and CTAs
Your Growth:
