1️⃣ Experience • 12–13 years total IT experience • 5+ years in DevOps/SRE role • 3–5 years strong hands-on in: • Microsoft Azure • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Enterprise-scale production systems exposure (not just POCs)

2️⃣ Core Technical Stack (Must Have)

☁️ Cloud Platforms • Microsoft Azure (AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Networking) • Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud Build, Cloud Operations Suite, IAM, Networking)

⚙️ DevOps Toolchain • CI/CD: Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / GitLab • Containers: Docker • Orchestration: Kubernetes (strong) • IaC: Terraform (mandatory), ARM/Bicep optional • Config Mgmt: Ansible • SCM: Git

SRE Capability • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana • Logging: ELK / EFK • Incident Management • SLO/SLI definitions • Production stability ownership • Root Cause Analysis leadership
