We’re Hiring: 4 Testing Analysts (4–6 Years’ Experience) Manual | ETL | SQL | Clinical Tech Exposure Preferred

We’re expanding our QA team and looking for

four talented Testing Analysts

to support two specialised groups. If you’re passionate about quality, data, and delivering stable, high‑impact software, we want to hear from you!

Role Allocation We are hiring

4 Testing Analysts , supporting two leaders: Team A (2 Roles) Looking for candidates with: SDTM exposure

(highly preferred) Team B (2 Roles) Looking for candidates with: eCOA or Clinical IRT exposure

Core Skill Requirements We’re looking for individuals with strong technical grounding and hands‑on skills in: Manual Testing ETL Tools / Informatica Database Testing PL/SQL or Oracle SQL Test Management Tools (JIRA) Automation exposure

(nice to have)

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Conduct testing of

highly complex software applications

under general supervision Review requirements, create

test plans , and support test estimations Plan, write, and execute

test cases

for upcoming releases Participate in test cycles, manage defects, and report testing outcomes Collaborate closely with Developers, Test Leads/Managers, and cross‑functional teams Maintain clear documentation for debugging and software improvements Analyze test results, ensure functional stability, and propose corrective actions Coordinate with development teams to resolve issues Escalate risks and challenges appropriately and proactively

Experience & Background We’re seeking candidates who bring: 4–6 years

of hands‑on testing experience Proven understanding of

manual testing methodologies Experience with

ETL tools and concepts Strong working knowledge of

Oracle / SQL Hands‑on experience with: HP ALM JIRA SynapseRT Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Science Information Technology Clinical Information Management Or equivalent

Additional Knowledge (Nice to Have) Solid understanding of

SDLC/STLC Strong defect lifecycle management Automation experience SDTM knowledge Clinical Data Management understanding
