Service Engineer - PLC / SCADA / VFD Systems

Location: Pune

Experience: 5-10 Years (Graduate) / 10-15 Years (Diploma)

Industry: PLC–SCADA & Industrial Automation

Preference: Male Candidates

Travel: Required for Site Work

Key Responsibilities

- Work with PLCs of various makes, SCADA systems, and multiple HMI platforms - Handle VFDs, relay logic, and control panel wiring - Reduce unplanned maintenance and enhance system reliability - Streamline calibration schedules and minimise PLC/DCS downtime - Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and service support at customer sites - Ensure smooth operation of automation systems and improve process efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate (Instrumentation/Electrical) with 5-10 years of experience

OR

- Diploma with 10-15 years of experience in Industrial Automation (PGDIA preferred) - Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI tools, and VFDs - Strong troubleshooting, logic understanding, and system optimisation skills - Good knowledge of wiring, schematics, and automation hardware - Ability to travel for site-based activities - Experience in a sugar factory will be an added advantage
