We are seeking experienced Systems Engineers (L2) to support and manage high-availability,
real-time production environments. This role focuses on Linux-based infrastructure, containerized deployments, cloud/on-prem environments, and enterprise messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and RCS.
1.Production Support & Incident Management
• Provide 24/7 support for mission-critical production systems.
• Perform deep troubleshooting, log analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Reduce recurring incidents through permanent fixes and automation.
• Resolve database-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage end-to-end A2P campaign troubleshooting across messaging platforms (WhatsApp /
RCS)
2.Deployments & Release Management
• Execute deployments, patches, and version upgrades in test and production environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and controlled release rollouts.
• Manage Linux-based application installations and configurations.
• Perform post-deployment validations ensuring minimal to zero downtime.
3. Monitoring & Observability
• Monitor platform health using tools such as Grafana.
• Work with Prometheus for metrics collection and alerting (good to have).
• Track system performance metrics including CPU, memory, disk, and database.
• Proactively identify capacity risks and prevent service degradation
4.Infrastructure & Platform Management
• Manage Linux-based environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Work with Docker (Kubernetes knowledge is an added advantage).
• Provide Java application support and troubleshooting.
• Configure networking and ensure security compliance.
• Use Jira for incident tracking and change management.
5.Automation & Scripting
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Ansible.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Build health-check tools and log analysis utilities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3+ years in Systems Engineering, Production Support, or SRE.
• Experience in Telecom / CPaaS / SaaS environments preferred.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration and SQL troubleshooting skills.
• CI/CD understanding and containerization knowledge (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus).
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, API troubleshooting).
