Role Highlights:
First point of contact for client queries & issue resolution.
Provide tech/product support and ensure seamless client experience.
Collaborate with product & tech teams to resolve issues quickly.
Educate clients on product features & best practices.
Track & document client interactions and feedback for improvements.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in client/tech support and (preferably product/fintech).
Strong understanding of product-based company workflows.
Excellent communication (verbal & written).
Tech-savvy, problem-solver, with startup enthusiasm.
