Assistant Manager – Learning & Development || Immediate Joiner

Location: Noida (Work from office) Shift: US Shift Department: Human Resources / L&D

Summary:

The Assistant Manager – L&D will support the design, delivery, and implementation of learning initiatives across the organization. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs, manage training programs, monitor effectiveness, and contribute to building a strong learning culture.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business stakeholders. Design, coordinate, and deliver learning interventions (classroom, virtual, and e-learning). Manage end-to-end execution of training programs — scheduling, logistics, communication, and feedback. Partner with SMEs to create learning content and frameworks aligned with business goals. Track training completion, analyze feedback, and report training metrics. Support onboarding, behavioral, and functional capability programs. Leverage LMS or digital platforms to curate and manage learning journeys. Drive initiatives to strengthen the learning culture across teams. Support L&D projects such as competency mapping, e-learning development, and leadership programs.

Skills & Qualification: 5–8 years of experience in L&D, training delivery, or capability development. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Experience in LMS administration and content design tools (Articulate, Canva, etc.) is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related field.
