Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong backend expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of owning complex modules end to end.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

● 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development ● Strong expertise in databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL, and ClickHouse ● Experience in REST APIs, external integrations, and backend frameworks ● Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, and FastAPI ● Solid understanding of microservices architecture ● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills ● Ability to work independently on complex modules and contribute to technical and architectural discussions ● Willingness to work in PST hours and provide weekend support when required

Good to Have

● Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, or cloud platforms ● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices ● Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams ● Take ownership of production issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution ● Follow engineering best practices and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
