Sierra Learning Academy is looking for experienced and passionate Cyber Security Trainers to join our team. The role involves delivering industry-aligned, practical cybersecurity training to learners.

Role overview The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on training sessions and mentoring learners on core cybersecurity concepts and tools.

Employment details Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Mode: Offline preferred | Online / Remote acceptable

Eligibility criteria Education: M.Tech in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related domain Experience: Minimum 2 years of industry or training experience

Key responsibilities Deliver practical and engaging Cyber Security training Cover core topics such as Network Security, Ethical Hacking basics, and Security Tools & Practices Conduct hands-on labs, demos, and real-world case discussions Support learners through doubt-clearing sessions and assessments Align training content with current industry standards and emerging threats Coordinate with the L&D team for scheduling and curriculum delivery Compensation details Entry-level trainers: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA Mid-level trainers (supporting multiple modules): ₹4.2 – ₹7.2 LPA Senior trainers with strong industry experience: ₹7.2 – ₹12 LPA (contract basis)
