Contingent Workforce Program Manager

to manage and govern our IT contractor workforce. This role focuses on

process, governance, cost control, compliance, and vendor performance —not recruiting. You will own the

Vendor Management System (VMS) , ensure suppliers follow agreed rules and rates, and provide clear reporting to leadership. You will work closely with IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and vendors to make sure contingent labor is used efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively. What You Will Do Manage and govern the end-to-end lifecycle of IT contractors (request, onboarding, timesheets, extensions, offboarding) Own and administer the

VMS

(SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, or Coupa) Define and enforce

policies, SOPs, and governance standards Ensure

rate cards

are followed and manage exceptions Monitor supplier performance using

scorecards, SLAs, and reviews Track and report on

headcount, spend, compliance, and savings Identify risks (co-employment, access, compliance) and work with partners to mitigate them Drive process improvements and standard ways of working What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience managing

IT contingent workforce or VMO programs Hands-on experience owning or administering a

VMS Strong understanding of

vendor governance, rate management, and compliance Experience working with

Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT teams Ability to build clear reports and dashboards (Excel) Comfortable working

US business hours Nice to Have VMS implementation or expansion experience Experience with global/offshore vendors Knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, and commercial models Process improvement or Lean experience
