Job Summary:
The Human Resources Executive will support core people operations across the organization, ensuring effective execution of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle activities. This role involves recruitment coordination, employee engagement, performance support, and compliance with internal guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a growing organization. The role requires close collaboration with leadership and department heads to maintain a structured, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support performance review and appraisal processes
Handle employee queries related to policies and procedures
Coordinate training and internal development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Primary Skills
Strong understanding of HR operations and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with recruitment and talent coordination
Knowledge of HR documentation and compliance practices
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources or a related field
Certification in HR management is an advantage
Experience
3โ7 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role
