Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Rajkot. The Assistant Sales Manager will support sales strategies, oversee sales team performance, and assist in achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications Proven skills in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development Ability to analyze sales data and create detailed sales reports Strong organizational and multitasking skills Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the industry or relevant field is advantageous
