We seek a qualified and motivated person to

join our SponsorAdmin team as a Senior Tax Specialist . This position is unique because our company is technology-focused and will leverage technology to deliver best-in-class service for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Federal and State 1065 Partnership returns for real estate syndications and funds Prepare K-1s and assist with investor inquiries Maintain depreciation, amortization and member basis schedules Identify necessary book-to-tax adjustments Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information for tax filings Conduct tax research and provide recommendations to clients on tax planning strategies Review financial statements and ensure compliance with tax regulations

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role Real Estate experience highly preferred CPA preferred Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Proficient in using tax software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
