Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site audit manager position based in Gurugram. The Manager will be responsible for conducting statutory audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and analyzing financial statements. Responsibilities will include assessing financial records for accuracy, evaluating internal controls, preparing audit reports, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to address findings and mitigate risks.

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate financial records and internal controls Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including auditing standards and compliance requirements Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle deadlines effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members Proficiency in using auditing tools and software Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred Prior experience in audit or assurance services is advantageous
