Roles & Responsibilities :
• Contact customers who have abandoned their carts within the defined TAT to understand their concerns and encourage order completion.
• Identify reasons for cart abandonment such as pricing, payment issues, delivery concerns, or product queries, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Guide customers through the checkout process or assist them in completing their purchase during the call.
• Inform customers about relevant offers, discounts, or suitable product alternatives to improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, remarks, and follow-ups in the CRM or tracking system.
• Ensure high standards of call quality, professionalism, and customer data confidentiality.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers and address their concerns.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate call records.
• Problem-solving ability to understand customer concerns and guide them toward completing their purchase.
• Good time management and multitasking skills to meet daily calling targets.
• Familiarity with the D2C or e-commerce industry and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Work from office
Location - Sohna Road, Gurgaon, sector 47
Shift - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
5.5 Days Working (Rotational Sat Off)
