Role Description We are seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Day-to-day tasks include building a pipeline of technical talent, conducting detailed interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational needs. The recruiter will focus on identifying top-tier IT professionals to fulfill the specific requirements of client organizations.

Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technology-related roles Strong understanding of Recruiting strategies and processes for IT talent Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams and manage multiple requisitions efficiently Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Knowledge of the US IT job market and technical terminologies
