SAP Senior System Analyst, Order To Cash (OTC) India Remote

Description: The SAP Senior System Analyst, Order To Cash (OTC) is responsible for facilitating the delivery and support of the development portion of projects/programs within specified functional area(s). Coordinates for the technical/functional development and support of IT applications in his/her area of responsibility. Coordinates development aspects including reports, interfaces, conversion programs, database design and creation, enhancements. Provides accurate estimates based on design documents, including data mapping, and interface models.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Candidate should be capable to drive the end-to-end implementation of SAP OTC by him/herself. · Candidate must have good experience in 3PL – Third Party Logistic Process. · Candidate must have experience with GATP. · Collaborates closely with the business to understand business requirements. · Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions. · Provides support for difficult and complex system environments. · Provides support, assistance, and training to users. · Drives projects with planning, development, and implementation of system solutions. · Simultaneously coordinates activities for multiple projects and activities. · Effectively uses ITIL methodology in performing all tasks. · Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues. · Ensures compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems. · Creates systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers. · Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems. · Conducts research on software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts. · Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: · BA/BS in Information Technology or Computer Science or the equivalent of 7 years professional experience in IT Applications development and support. · Expert in SAP Order To Cash design and setup · Experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment in an IT development capacity Familiar with a variety of sales methodologies, tools, and frameworks from multiple industries / businesses. Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documenting and training of IT applications. Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP support. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a customer service orientated environment. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. High energy, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure, and will require strong analytical skills, process & project management, combined with well-developed team leadership and influencing skills. Agile methodology experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals Vistex module knowledge is also good to have
